We may organize information, prepare forms or documents at your direction, and provide administrative support related to a requested service. You are responsible for reviewing documents and submitting them to the appropriate recipient.

5. No Legal Advice

Dunbar & Associates is not a law firm. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, legal opinions, or advice about your legal rights. Consider consulting a licensed attorney for legal advice.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantee of any outcome, including loan modification approval, foreclosure prevention, reduced payments, lender action, or any other result. We do not claim to negotiate with lenders or represent you before them.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, promptly review prepared materials, follow instructions, protect your account and documents, and meet deadlines imposed by third parties. Do not submit information you are not authorized to provide.

10. SMS Messaging Program

The Dunbar & Associates SMS Messaging Program is operated by Dunbar & Associates, a DBA of OHP Group. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. If you affirmatively opt in, you may receive consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, case-related administrative communications, document preparation updates, service-related notifications, responses to inquiries, follow-ups, and other informational messages related to a requested service. SMS is not legal advice. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

11. SMS Consent

SMS consent must be affirmative and is optional. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services or submitting an inquiry, where applicable. You can choose whether to receive messages and may withdraw consent at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how SMS information is handled.

12. SMS Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. To rejoin, submit a new SMS consent request through an available Dunbar & Associates opt-in form.
